Sign anything from any device. ASAP
ASAPDF is a cross-platform PDF tool designed for editing, filling, signing, and sending documents for signature from any device. Developed by Bravely Studios, the application allows users to open and interact with PDFs on a range of hardware, including iPad with Apple Pencil, iPhone and Android phones with finger input, and Mac with trackpad. A single subscription grants access to the full set of features across all supported platforms, with no feature divisions between free and paid tiers. The application offers several signing methods. On an iPad, tapping a signature field zooms the page to a comfortable writing scale, with pressure dynamics and palm rejection supported. On a Mac, users can sign directly using the laptop trackpad as a pressure-sensitive input surface. For in-person handoffs, a QR code can be displayed on the screen for another person to scan and sign in their browser without installing an app. For remote scenarios, a signed link can be emailed to anyone, which routes to the best signing surface appropriate for their device. A saved signature library allows users to store multiple signatures and apply them with two taps. Biometric confirmation via Face ID or Touch ID can be required before a saved signature is applied, providing an account-bound identity verification on each signing. Typical workflows involve opening a PDF, filling in fields, adding a signature either through direct input or from the library, and then either saving the completed document or sending it for signature to another party. The app supports editing and filling as well as sending for signature. Currently, ASAPDF is available on Mac, Windows, and Linux through a browser, with native iPhone, iPad, and Android apps noted as coming soon. A seven day free trial is offered, after which a monthly subscription is $9.99. Annual and lifetime plans also include access to other premium utilities from Bravely Studios, such as a remote desktop tool, a screenshot utility, and a disk space visualizer.
