Project math, zero surprises
BerryPM is a project and work management application focused on scheduling intelligence, specifically designed to track and analyze project timelines. Its primary function is to compute the critical path of a project, monitor schedule drift against an immutable baseline, and provide simulation tools for planning. The application is developed and operated by 8plus2 Omnitech (OPC) Pvt Ltd, based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The core capabilities of BerryPM include critical path scheduling with typed dependencies (FS, SS, FF, SF), float and lag calculations, and a visible zero-slack chain. Project drift tracking records every scope, date, and dependency change against a baseline that cannot be altered, allowing users to see what moved, when, and who initiated the change. A Time Machine feature lets users rewind the project to any past date to view its exact state, including completion percentage, projected end date, open blockers, and health status, all reconstructed from immutable records. The What-If simulation tool allows users to test scope cuts, resource additions, or deadline shifts in a sandbox environment, recomputing the schedule to show a new end date before any commitment is made. Beyond scheduling, BerryPM includes features for sprints and cross-team dependencies, service tickets with SLAs linked to tasks, docs spaces for specifications and decisions, exact-hour resource capacity and availability tracking, and health, risk, and automated status reporting. It also offers importers for Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, and Odoo. The application is free for teams of up to four users, with a 15-day full-feature trial available that does not require a credit card. A single monthly plan covers the entire workspace, including projects, tickets, resources, risk, and reporting. Users can also participate in a program where suggesting an implemented idea or reporting a confirmed critical bug earns a free month of service.
