Blueprint is a shared idea list and task board for small teams, including friends and small squads. It serves as a private idea vault where team members can record ideas quickly and later convert promising ones into projects. The platform combines idea capture with task execution, so teams can track work from initial concept through to completion without relying on separate tools. The idea capture flow uses a single text box rather than a structured form. Ideas can be tagged with labels including feature, bug, experiment, and random. A spark feature lets team members indicate which ideas they support, allowing the strongest ideas to rise to the top without requiring meetings. When an idea is ready, it can be promoted to a project and broken into tasks. Teams can also start projects from scratch. Each project receives its own page with a description, progress indicator, assigned members, and a task board limited to that project. Tasks can include descriptions, notes, and subtask checklists, and each task or subtask can have one or more assigned people. Up to twelve tasks can be created from a single idea. A typical workflow starts with a team member typing an idea, tagging it, and sparking ideas from teammates. Promoted ideas become projects, and tasks are assigned to specific people with priorities. Project pages display progress and indicate who is currently focusing on which task. Completed work remains recorded in the system. Users can invite teammates by their account usernames. The application is available online at blueprint.raqameen.com.
