The social platform where you learn
Flearnaxy is an e-learning social platform designed for instructors and students in Africa. Its primary function is to provide a dual role environment where users can both learn and teach within a single account. Every account includes both a student profile and an instructor profile, allowing users to switch between modes instantly. Each profile has its own dashboard, feed, and tailored features to support either learning or teaching activities. The platform supports local currencies and integrates with Mobile Money and Orange Money for seamless transactions. The platform offers two types of spaces: Communities and Schools. Communities are simple spaces for sharing posts, engaging in discussions, and connecting around shared interests. Schools are complete learning hubs with structured courses, resources, live classes, and community features designed for formal education and skill development. Key features include real time chat and messaging for student engagement and file sharing, a leaderboard and points system to track learning milestones, and tools for managing roles and inviting members. Instructors can build their own school, publish courses, host live sessions, and monetize their content. Typical use cases involve a user joining a school to enroll in courses, access resources, attend live classes, and track their learning progress. Simultaneously, the same user can switch to instructor mode to create and manage their own school, publish courses, and host live events. The workflow is centered on the ability to learn in one school while teaching in another, with all activities organized within a unified school dashboard that includes resources, quizzes, announcements, and live events. The platform is built specifically for African creators and learners, with no barriers to switching between roles.
