Therapy center work, simplified
MourkTherapy is a web-based management software designed for special education centers, speech therapy clinics, occupational therapy clinics, physiotherapy clinics, and therapeutic groups operating in Greece. Its primary function is to organize appointments, client and therapist records, payments, balances, documents, and processes related to the Greek national health insurance system (EOPYY) within a single online environment. The platform is intended for use by speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, interdisciplinary teams, clinic secretaries, and owners of therapeutic centers that have a Greek tax identification number (AFM). The software includes a calendar view for appointments and sessions, with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly display options. Client profiles store personal information, client groups, special pricing, and historical records. Payment tracking covers client balances, outstanding amounts, and monthly or therapy year summaries. The system supports the generation of invoices, certificates, and document templates with organized printing. It handles PDF files associated with each client, using OCR to assist data entry while leaving final verification to the user. Processes for referrals, expiration dates, invoice amounts, and calculations related to EOPYY are integrated into the workflow. Typical use cases involve linking each appointment to a specific client, therapist, time, and session. Payments and invoice amounts are linked to the client, the month, and the therapy year. Documents such as referrals, certificates, and expiration notices remain in the client profile. The owner or secretary can view pending items, balances, and monthly closing figures without searching through separate files. The software supports four access roles: owner or administrator with full center overview, finances, settings, and team management; secretary handling appointments, clients, payments, documents, and daily tasks; therapist viewing their own schedule, sessions, and relevant compensation information; and client or family member accessing personal appointments and financial details where enabled. Access control and data separation are enforced per center, with TLS encryption, App Check, API protections, logging, monitoring, rate limiting, and anti-abuse mechanisms. Infrastructure includes backup and recovery procedures, and a Growth Add-on allows gradual expansion by adding 20 clients or members, 150 appointments per month, and one therapist per add-on, while secretarial limits remain tied to the chosen plan.
