Send Documents. Prove Delivery.
Senduta is a secure document delivery service designed for professionals in India who require verifiable proof of confidentiality and delivery. The platform allows users to send digital files with the ability to track when the recipient opens and downloads the document. It combines encrypted file transfer with an immutable audit trail, generating legal-grade evidence of the entire delivery chain. Key features include file encryption during transmission (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is controlled through email one-time passwords and optional file passwords, ensuring only the intended recipient can view the document. Each action by the sender and recipient is logged with IP address, device information, and a timestamp, creating a full chain of custody. Upon delivery, Senduta produces a certified PDF proof that includes a SHA-256 file integrity hash, intended for legal admissibility. Senders can set time based or download count expiry, revoke access instantly, and enable self-destruct functionality that permanently deletes the file 24 hours after download. The platform is used by lawyers, chartered accountants, consultants, and architects for sharing legal notices, financial statements, strategy reports, and other sensitive materials. The workflow is straightforward: the sender uploads a file (any format such as PDF, image, or document), configures access controls and expiry settings, and sends a secure link via email to the recipient. The recipient does not need to create an account to access the file. The sender receives notifications indicating when the document was delivered, opened, and downloaded. Senduta operates as a web based service accessible via its website. Users can sign up for a free seven day trial. The service also provides standard account management features such as password reset and access to privacy policy, terms of service, and refund and cancellation policies.
