A user opens the app, takes a photo of a paper receipt, or uploads a PDF invoice or emailed receipt. The AI reads the slip, populates the relevant fields, and the user confirms the data with a single tap or makes edits as needed. Once confirmed, the information is filed with a copy of the slip, with VAT recorded on its own line. The entry is then queued for administrative approval. For WhatsApp submissions, users can reply with "CONFIRM" to file or "EDIT" to modify details. An email submission triggers a confirmation email with a one-click approve button.
