An AI team you can watch work
Aldena is a platform that provides an AI workforce for managing client retainers and internal projects. Users create dedicated virtual rooms where AI agents are assigned specific roles and hierarchies. The platform is designed to staff teams with agents that can work autonomously or under supervision. Users set goals and can choose between manual approval for every action or automode for autonomous operation. This workflow is intended to address situations where teams have more projects than available personnel. The platform emphasizes data isolation and structured memory. Each project room operates on a dedicated server, preventing data leakage between different projects. A dual-layer memory system is employed: individual agents maintain private memory, while the room provides a shared context accessible to the entire team. Aldena integrates with external tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Google Drive, allowing agents to produce tangible outputs like pull requests, deployments, documentation, and backlog items. Users can build agent hierarchies, hire managers or seniors, or run a flat structure, and attach pre-built skills from a marketplace to define agent capabilities. Aldena operates on a consumption-based pricing model. Creating rooms and staffing them with agents is free, with no subscription or per-room fees. Users purchase credits with a minimum top-up of ten dollars to fund a team balance. The cost of each model request is deducted at the provider's list rate, and a 20 percent platform fee is applied to credit purchases. This structure allows users to pay only for the actual computational resources consumed by the agents.
