Inkluso is a web accessibility auditing tool designed to evaluate websites for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and the European Accessibility Act (EAA). The EAA came into effect on June 28, 2025, requiring digital services, e-commerce sites, banks, and telecommunications companies to meet accessibility standards unless they qualify as microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet total below 2 million euros). Inkluso provides a free initial scan of a single homepage that takes approximately 60 seconds, returning a basic accessibility check based on the axe-core engine, the same testing engine used by large organizations. The full paid report costs 149 euros and covers up to 100 pages, delivering a PDF document that lists specific accessibility issues, includes step by step repair instructions, and offers a draft accessibility statement suitable for regulatory or customer requests. The tool requires no installation or configuration; users simply enter a website URL to start the scan. Inkluso tests against over 90 WCAG 2.1 AA rules and maps identified problems to Czech legal requirements. The report is provided in Czech. Inkluso distinguishes itself from overlay widgets, which it describes as masking rather than fixing accessibility problems and notes that the disability community and regulators increasingly reject such overlay solutions. Instead, Inkluso aims to surface actual issues with clear guidance for remediation. Typical use cases include website owners and developers seeking to verify compliance before an audit request arrives from a customer or regulator, as well as organizations wanting to proactively address accessibility obligations under the EAA. The technical foundation relies on the publicly available axe-core engine, and users may need to whitelist Inkluso's IP address if a site has security protections that block the initial scan. Support is available via email for help with scanning or interpreting results.
