Build awesome websites.
Surion is a native macOS application for generating, inspecting, and editing websites within a single local workspace. The application is built on a local-first architecture, meaning core functions such as website generation, code editing, and live preview operate on the user's machine without requiring a constant internet connection. Users can run supported AI models locally on their Mac with no usage limits, bring their own API keys from third-party services, or purchase credits for Surion's cloud AI when additional capability is needed. The free core experience includes unlimited project generation, a code editor, live preview, and the ability to export projects as zip packages. The application provides a complete creative loop that integrates several workflows. Users can start with a text brief to generate a responsive, editable website and iterate using natural language while retaining access to the underlying code. A live preview allows users to select any element and jump directly to the code that controls it. An integrated editor enables refinement of generated work, with changes appearing instantly in the preview. The workspace keeps the project tree, inspector, model context, and rendered result visible without hiding how the website functions. Typical use cases include creating editorial portfolios, architecture studio websites, or any responsive site from a conceptual brief. After building a site, users can deploy the complete project directly from Surion to services such as Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, and GitHub Pages without needing separate publishing workflows or command line tools. The application supports every compatible local AI model through a Smart System ID and includes a "Powered by Surion" footer message for generated sites. Users can inspect and edit any selected website element with AI assistance, and all API services are unlocked for those who choose to use them.
