My Tempus is a life progress tracker application for iOS that visualizes a user's lifespan as an interactive grid of colored cells. Each cell represents a unit of time, which can be set to a day, week, month, or year. The grid uses blue cells for time that has passed, yellow for the current moment, and gray for future time. This spatial representation is intended to provide a different emotional connection to time compared to traditional journal or list-based apps. The application operates entirely offline, storing all data locally on the device using Core Data, and does not require an internet connection or account creation. The app includes several main features. The interactive life grid allows users to record moments directly into cells, attaching photos, mood indicators, text tags, and location data. Event timers can count down to future dates or count up from past ones, with custom icons and colors. A rich timeline offers five browsing views: list, calendar, map, photos, and statistics. Users can track multiple companions, including themselves, partners, children, parents, and pets, with species-specific age tracking. The app also generates lock screen wallpapers from the life grid data, with three styles across five layouts, and provides six Home Screen widget variants: Life Progress, Events, Grid, Ring, Calendar, and Composite. Typical use cases involve tracking personal milestones, life progress, and emotional moments over time. Users begin by adding companions, each of whom receives their own grid, statistics, and timeline. They then record moments by tapping on cells and filling in details. Event timers can be set for birthdays, anniversaries, trips, or deadlines. The grid can be viewed at different zoom levels to change the meaning of each cell. Users can generate wallpapers from their data and place widgets on the Home Screen for at-a-glance updates. The app is free to download and use with a limited tier that includes two companions, two moments per companion, two event timers, three wallpapers per day, and small plus lock screen widgets. A Pro tier unlocks unlimited companions, moments, timers, wallpapers, premium layouts and themes, all widget sizes, and automatic daily wallpaper generation. Pro is available through a one-time lifetime purchase of USD 79.99, with no subscription required, and includes a seven-day free trial. The app makes no network requests and does not include advertisements, pop-ups, or forced video content.
