Ops tools. Pay for usage, not seat
EvoHub is a software platform designed for engineering teams to manage incident response, system monitoring, and operational workflows. It combines on-call scheduling, uptime monitoring, status pages, retrospective boards, and Kanban boards into a single interface. The platform is billed based on usage rather than per-seat subscriptions, with all accounts receiving 200 free EvoHub tokens each month. There is no credit card required to start, and no base fee or per-seat charges. The on-call feature includes schedules, escalation policies, and alerting via mobile push, email, and voice calls, with SMS support planned. Uptime monitoring supports HTTP, ping, TCP, keyword, and heartbeat checks, along with silence windows. Public status pages can be branded and hosted on custom domains, with incident tracking and subscriber notifications. Retrospective boards and Kanban boards include review gates for workflow management. The platform is multi-tenant by design, allowing each organization to have isolated data, separate on-call schedules, and independent escalation policies. Role-based access controls are built in, with default Admin, Member, and Viewer roles, and the ability to create custom roles that can be assigned to individuals or teams. API keys operate with the permissions of their owner or an organization role, and never exceed those permissions. Typical use cases include managing on-call rotations, reducing alert fatigue through escalation policies, monitoring application and infrastructure uptime, communicating service status to external users via branded pages, and running post-incident retrospectives. Teams can use the Kanban boards for task tracking and workflow management. The workflow often starts with uptime monitoring detecting an outage, triggering an alert that follows an escalation policy until someone acknowledges it. After resolution, the team can conduct a retrospective. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each organization’s data is fully isolated from other tenants. EvoHub does not sell user data or use it for advertising. The platform is built and operated by EvoSync LLC and was last updated in September 2026.
