The LLMs.txt Generator is a web based tool that creates llms.txt or llms-full.txt files for websites. The llms.txt format is a proposed standard, similar in concept to robots.txt, designed to help large language models and AI assistants understand what a website covers and which pages are most important. The tool is available for free and does not require user registration or signup. To use the generator, a user enters their site name and a one sentence description, which become the opening lines of the file. The user then adds named sections such as Documentation, Blog, or API and populates each section with links to the key pages that are most relevant for AI assistants. The standard llms.txt format links out to pages, while the llms-full.txt format embeds full content inline. The standard format is recommended for most websites. Once the sections are configured, the user can choose between the two formats, then copy the output to the clipboard or download it as a file. The generated file is intended to be deployed to the root of the domain, for example at https://yourdomain.com/llms.txt. The tool is hosted within the CSSAWWWARDS Frontend Toolkit directory, which also includes other utility tools such as a Flexbox Froggy game, a Cubic Bezier editor, and an Easing Functions Cheat Sheet.
