Basic integration scopes to the exact conversation or folder, while window-level integration anchors to the app window. A TackBoard feature provides a corkboard organizer with project folders for managing multiple notes. Typical use cases include leaving a reminder on a specific Google Sheet, with different notes appearing when switching between sheets. Users can anchor talking points to a particular iMessage conversation, attach notes to a Finder folder, a ClickUp task, a Discord thread, or a DaVinci color page. The workflow involves pressing a customizable keyboard shortcut to pin a note to the current window, tab, document, or conversation. The note then vanishes when the user switches contexts and reappears upon return. Notes persist through application quit, relaunch, system reboot, and Space switches.
