Second-hand flips from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Kijiji, and Karrot are checked twice daily for resale potential. Real estate deals across Metro Vancouver are scored on price, price cuts, court-ordered sales, and time on market. Marketing jobs in Vancouver are aggregated from multiple job boards and new roles are sent out by email each day. The system operates through scripts or AI agents that read sources on a schedule. Sources include AutoTrader, Craigslist, Kijiji, Karrot, Facebook Marketplace, business brokers, job boards, and market data. The stock calls and business numbers are presented as models to learn from, with a disclaimer to verify numbers and consult an advisor before making purchases.
