QUIET MONEY. CALM MONTH.
FiHaven is a bill and debt dashboard that syncs across web, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. It is designed for manual financial tracking, with optional bank account linking through Plaid for users who prefer automated transaction imports. The application provides a centralized interface for managing bills, credit cards, loans, and payoff plans without requiring a spreadsheet. The platform allows users to track bills on schedules such as monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, or annually, with separate fields for autopay dates and due dates. Credit card management includes balance tracking, utilization monitoring, and support for 0 percent APR promotional periods. Loans are kept in a separate section with recommended minimum payments. Budgeting tools include multiple lenses, such as the 50/30/20 rule, safe-to-spend, and debt-focus, alongside income sources, savings goals, and net worth tracking. A spending log supports manual purchase recording, and Pro bank linking layers imports on top while flagging duplicates. The Pro tier adds a payoff planner that compares snowball, avalanche, and minimum payment strategies, a rewards optimizer that identifies top earning categories per card, and a subscription finder that surfaces recurring charges and forgotten subscriptions. Family sharing is available on the Pro plan, allowing a household of up to three people to share bills, cards, and goals. FiHaven emphasizes data security with hashed passwords, secure sessions, multi-factor authentication, passkeys, and biometric locks. Users can export their data in JSON or CSV formats and delete their accounts along with all associated data. The service operates without advertisements and does not require a credit card to start. Additional features include a searchable payment history, a due date calendar, a private iCal feed for integration with other calendar applications, and dark mode.
