Print labels from Excel & Sheets
Print labels from Excel & Sheets
LabelPeel is a web based tool designed to convert spreadsheet data into printable labels. It accepts lists copied from Excel or Google Sheets, as well as .xlsx and .csv file uploads, and transforms each row into a label on Avery compatible sheets. The application supports over 80 label formats, including common sheet types such as Avery 5160 and L7160. It is currently free to use during its beta period and does not require an account or a credit card. The core workflow involves three steps. Users paste their column headings and rows into the tool, choose the label sheet product code, and then print at 100 percent scale or download a PDF. The service is intended to replace the traditional mail merge process in word processors, which typically requires navigating multiple menus and selecting data sources. LabelPeel eliminates the need for installed software and handles label sizing automatically based on the selected sheet. Beyond basic label generation, the tool includes options for editing individual labels directly on screen. Users can click any label to change its text, adjust formatting such as bold, color, and font size, and apply those changes to a single label or the entire sheet. Additional features include converting any column into barcodes or QR codes, skipping already used labels to avoid wasting partial sheets, and an undo function. An artificial intelligence feature allows users to type natural language instructions, such as assigning a color to a group of labels, and it processes only column names, the first 12 data rows, and a summary rather than the full dataset. For print accuracy, the tool provides a test page option and a small offset adjustment for printers with alignment issues.
