Proactive personal productivity app
Proactive personal productivity app
Lemongraph is a personal productivity application designed for professional work that depends on interactions with other people. The app connects to external sources including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Tasks, Cal.com, Calendly, Granola, Wispr Flow, Notion, Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, and Attio. It extracts tasks, commitments, and agreements from meetings and email conversations, then lines them up in an ordered view called Up next. The system learns how the user works and surfaces relevant context without requiring prompts, with the stated goal of helping users keep consistent follow-through on promises made during everyday communication. For repetitive tasks that can be automated, Lemongraph shows a Hire option. When a user hires the system for a chore, it performs that task and asks for approval on subsequent occurrences. The app does not include a chat interface and is not designed for general-purpose errands such as ordering food or planning vacations. Instead, it is built around a runtime that stays with a task until completion, and completion is verified deterministically against actual outcomes rather than by the system assessing its own work. Lemongraph operates on a zero trust model. It asks before every action, and users grant permission in limited increments, such as one chore or one contact at a time. According to the developer, AI partners cannot train on user data, and user data is never sold. Users can delete their account in Settings, which erases all associated data permanently. The application is free to start, and users can choose to delegate a few chores or an entire week of work to the system.
