LessonViz is a web based educational tool for teachers and students to create free classroom graphic organizers and to explore an interactive water cycle lesson. It provides six manual organizer tools: a Frayer model maker, a KWL or KWHL chart maker, a compare and contrast organizer, a two circle Venn diagram maker, a cause and effect organizer, and a spider map maker. The separate water cycle 3D lesson lets users rotate an original landscape, compare soil and pavement, and export a prediction, observation, and explanation worksheet. The site describes this lesson as a qualitative classroom illustration rather than a quantitative simulation. Users write their own content or edit a static example, and the tools do not generate or verify worksheet answers. AI diagram generation is not available, and no paid AI generation service is currently offered. The workflow begins with selecting a tool that matches the thinking task. Users write their own text or adapt a static example, then review a filled version for discussion or switch to a blank worksheet that hides responses in the preview and exports without deleting entries. Worksheets can be downloaded as SVG for compatible vector editors or as PNG for slides and documents. Users can also choose Print / Save as PDF to open the browser print dialog and select a printer or PDF destination. The worksheet tools support A4 and US Letter, and the site advises reviewing the print preview and shortening long responses if text becomes too small. There is no native editable PowerPoint or Google Slides export. All six organizers and the water cycle lesson are free to use without registration, a subscription, or paid credits. Editing and worksheet exports do not include a LessonViz watermark. The site notes that sample previews are for viewing only and that users must open a tool to edit their own worksheet. Typical uses include teacher preparation and student activities across subjects, such as vocabulary and inquiry, comparison and explanation, brainstorming and planning, and science lesson exploration. The tools are intended to make thinking visible through a chosen structure while the user supplies and checks the content.
