Merge PNG & images in your browser
MergePNG is a browser-based tool that combines multiple PNG files into a single image. Users can arrange images side by side, stack them vertically, or place them in a grid, then download the result as one combined PNG file. The tool is available at no cost and does not add a watermark to the output. The application processes all images locally on the user's device. PNG files are decoded, previewed, and exported within the browser rather than being sent to a conversion server. Because no upload takes place, the tool is suited for working with private screenshots, design drafts, transparent logos, and other files that should not leave the machine. The practical limit on the number or size of files depends on the device being used. Output is provided in PNG format, which preserves transparent backgrounds, and the tool checks large output dimensions before export rather than reducing image quality without notice. MergePNG offers three layout options: a horizontal strip for before-and-after comparisons, product angles, charts, and design reviews; a vertical stack for tutorials, long images, chat screenshots, reports, and step-by-step visual notes; and a grid for icons, screenshots, and compact image sets. Users add files through the workspace or by dragging and dropping, arrange the order using drag and drop, filename sorting, or reverse order, and then choose a layout. A preview updates in the browser before the user downloads the final image. Additional layout controls include image height matching, spacing, and background options. The same service also includes a WebP to PNG conversion feature.
