Stripe chargeback evidence packets
Stripe chargeback evidence packets
Parry is a dispute response tool for Stripe and other payment processors. It helps sellers prepare evidence packets for chargeback disputes, where response windows are often 7 to 21 days and a missed deadline can result in a default decision without evidence review. Parry is built first for digital goods sellers, subscription sellers, and small online sellers who take payments through Stripe outside a Shopify app workflow. It also serves small physical goods sellers and accepts other processors during its concierge test. Typical disputes include not received, canceled recurring, and unrecognized charges for downloads, courses, memberships, SaaS, and subscriptions. The workflow consists of four steps: users describe the dispute, upload available proof, review the draft packet, and submit it themselves. Proof can include dispute notices, order or invoice records, tracking or delivery and access proof, customer messages, and policy pages. Parry maps each file to the claim it supports and produces a packet with a case summary, rebuttal letter, timeline, evidence index, labeled exhibits, and flags for missing or uncertain information. The draft is AI generated and requires user review. Parry states that nothing is invented and that it never submits disputes in the user's name. Users download the reviewed packet and submit it in Stripe or their processor dashboard before the deadline. No integration or processor account connection is required during the concierge test, and uploads are manual. Target turnaround is under 24 hours, with the queue prioritized by deadline. The Stripe App Marketplace version provides a dispute checklist inside the Stripe dashboard. A free reason code read is available before purchase. Pricing is $10 for the first month and $29 per month afterward. The subscription includes up to five evidence packets per month, dispute deadline alerts, and a saved store and evidence profile. There is no success fee, Parry does not take a percentage of a dispute outcome, and users can cancel at any time. Other processors are welcome in the concierge test, and the packet structure is independent of the processor.
