Get your business recommended by AI
Selka is a software tool designed to help founders who have limited experience with search engine optimization (SEO) gain visibility in AI-generated search results, including platforms like ChatGPT. The tool combines traditional SEO with answer engine optimization (AEO) by identifying what questions buyers commonly ask AI systems. It then provides a structured, step-by-step plan to create and fix website content so that the founder’s brand is more likely to be named and cited by AI. Selka targets early-stage companies and small teams, offering a workflow that moves from research through implementation to monitoring. The application’s main features include automated research that finds buyer questions, groups them into topic clusters, and scores each cluster by relevance and opportunity. It also provides a visibility dashboard showing how often AI names the user’s brand, which sources AI cites, and how AI describes the company. Additional capabilities include a page scoring system that evaluates existing website content for both Google and AI readability, and a list of external sites (such as threads and discussion lists) that AI reads, with checks on whether the user’s brand is mentioned there. Selka also includes a site health module that identifies technical barriers preventing AI from properly reading the site, along with fixes for each issue. A typical workflow starts with a user asking a plain language question about their market or target audience. Selka then researches AI responses and compiles a prioritized list of content gaps and improvements. The user follows the tool’s recommendations to write new pages or update existing ones, then monitors changes through ongoing AI visibility scores and rank comparisons against competitors. The tool is accessible via a web interface and is currently offered at a founding price for the first 100 users on the waitlist. It does not require prior SEO knowledge, and its output is designed to be actionable for non technical founders.
