Get Paid Faster. Chase Less.
Superclaim is a web based tool designed to help businesses manage the collection of outstanding invoices. Its primary function is to convert a list of unpaid invoices into a prioritized daily workflow, allowing users to determine which customers to contact for payment each day. The application does not send messages to customers on behalf of the user; instead, it provides a structured workspace for manual follow up. The tool imports invoice data from a CSV file that the user already maintains. Each row in the file is checked for duplicates, and no data is saved to the system until the user confirms the import. Once loaded, the dashboard displays key metrics such as total outstanding amounts, overdue totals, and amounts due within the current week, along with an ageing breakdown. Individual invoices are shown with their status (for example, a promised payment date that passed without receipt, a second reminder sent with a requested date, or an invoice with no follow up planned). Users can copy a ready to use reminder, log a call, and set the next follow up date. If a payment promise is missed, the system automatically brings that invoice back to the user’s attention. Typical use cases include small to medium sized businesses that handle their own accounts receivable and want a simple way to move from a spreadsheet to a daily collection plan. The workflow involves uploading a CSV of unpaid invoices, reviewing the prioritized list, and taking action on each item by logging follow ups and recording promises. The application supports multiple currencies (dollars, euros, pounds, rupees), various number formats, and different time zones. Each business has its own isolated workspace enforced at the database level, ensuring data separation between users. The tool is accessible via a web browser and does not require any additional software installation beyond the URL provided.
