One app for the whole wedding.
The Veil Wedding is a wedding planning application and platform designed to serve as a centralized command center for couples, planners, and vendors. Its primary function is to manage the full lifecycle of a wedding, from initial budget allocation and guest list management through to the day of the event itself. The app also provides a digital passport for guests, giving them access to live itineraries, RSVP status, dress codes, and maps directly on their phones. The platform is scheduled to launch on web, iPhone, and Android by early September 2026. Key features include a comprehensive budget tool with AI-assisted reallocation, a guest list module with real-time RSVP tracking, per-guest invite links, and a universal roster code for scanning and approval. The seating module allows users to drag real tables onto a floor plan, seat guests by name, and export the result as an image or spreadsheet with dietary notes. The vendor directory displays real availability calendars, and users can send enquiries that include their budget, guest count, and aesthetic. A discovery feed shows real weddings from real couples, enabling users to follow profiles and message vendors directly from posts. Additional tools include an AI DJ engine that generates track suggestions by moment, a DIY workbench for project tracking, and a notes module. Multiple builds can be created side by side, and deleted builds are moved to a trash folder rather than permanently removed. Typical use cases involve a couple or planner using the app to design and execute a wedding from start to finish. Workflow begins with setting a budget and guest list, then proceeds to vendor selection, seating, music programming, and timeline creation. The AI can draft a first timeline based on the date and venue. On the day of the wedding, a designated coordinator can be given direct write access to manage the itinerary, roster, floor plan, and vendors from their own phone. Emergency contacts are accessible with one tap, and issues are logged in a shared issue log rather than reaching the couple. Guests receive live updates on their own devices. Privacy controls allow per-module permissions for co-planners, keeping finances, guest lists, and notes visible only to invited users. The app is built on a unified ecosystem where couples, planners, and vendors interact through shared profiles and conversations.
