TillWise Business Suite is a cloud based business management platform designed for small and medium sized enterprises in Kenya. Its primary function is to integrate point of sale (POS) operations, inventory management, invoicing, and payment processing into a single system. The platform operates entirely within a web browser on phones, tablets, or computers, requiring no software installation. It is structured as a modular system, allowing businesses to select and pay for only the features they need at any given time, with the option to add or remove modules on a monthly basis. The suite includes several core modules. The POS module enables sales at a physical till or through an online shop, with offline functionality. The stock control module provides low stock alerts and product management. The invoicing module allows for the creation and sending of invoices, including payment prompts via M Pesa STK push, payment links for WhatsApp or SMS, and automatic matching of payments to sales. The bookkeeping module automatically generates a ledger from sales, payments, and expenses, and produces reports such as profit and loss, VAT summaries, and cash flow statements in Excel and PDF formats. Additional modules support payments through Pesapal (cards, M Pesa, Airtel Money, bank transfers) and PayPal, as well as integration with Equity Bank and sales commission tracking. Typical use cases include retail shops, salons, barbers, pharmacies, restaurants, hardware stores, wholesalers, and service based businesses. A common workflow involves a business setting up its products and prices, connecting its own M Pesa Paybill or Till number, and then processing sales at the till or via invoices. Payments are automatically matched to the corresponding sale or invoice. The system also provides a daily sales summary via SMS. Businesses can operate from a single till or across multiple branches. The platform supports standard receipt printers and allows businesses to create an online shop with M Pesa and card checkout, optionally using a custom domain. Technical requirements are minimal as the system is browser based. There is no installation or card required to start a free trial. Payment for ongoing use is made via M Pesa. The platform is designed to be set up in minutes, with support available via message or WhatsApp for product import and M Pesa configuration. If a module is not renewed, it pauses at the end of the paid period, and data is retained for reactivation.
