Industrial IoT monitoring & control
Autoconnecto is a hosted Internet of Things (IoT) platform designed for plant teams and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in India. Its primary function is to enable users to connect devices over MQTT or HTTPS, store the incoming readings, and then display those values on live dashboards. The platform provides analytics that answer questions from stored telemetry, such as which device is performing highest, when a value will cross a threshold, vibration checks, and a watch that learns a normal operating band. Users can start with the Free plan to connect a device themselves or book the EnergyFleet option, which includes a single site, gateway, and meter for 14 days with only travel costs to pay. The platform includes a drag-and-drop dashboard builder with over 80 widgets, including charts, gauges, maps, tables, and controls, all without requiring coding. It supports role-based access control, allowing granular permissions per user, role, and resource from viewer up to admin. A full-scale alarms engine can raise alarms from profile rules or rule-engine conditions, delivering notifications via Telegram, email, or webhook. A guided help wizard helps teams become productive in under an hour, and white-label branding (logo, colours, custom hostname) is available on the Growth and Enterprise plans. The platform also offers graph automation on the ingest path for transforming, branching, notifying, and sending commands, along with a job scheduler for recurring control and an integration hub for LoRaWAN and MQTT bridges. Technically, Autoconnecto supports connectivity through HTTPS, MQTT, MQTT over WebSocket on port 8084, device WebSocket, gateways, and LoRa webhooks. An ESP32 can be connected using the Arduino SDK over MQTT, and any device can use HTTPS or WebSocket. Edge gateways can relay child devices and poll protocols such as OPC UA, BACnet, or Sparkplug, while LoRaWAN data arrives by webhook and Modbus is read through a gateway. Each tenant’s devices, readings, alarms, and users are isolated in one hosted database. Public plans range from Free (2 devices) to Enterprise (500 devices), with scaling available upon request. The platform is hosted at app.autoconnecto.in and is built for analytics with AI. Typical use cases include real-time monitoring of industrial plants, fleet management, and IoT product deployment for OEMs and system integrators. The workflow begins by connecting a device and selecting a connectivity method; readings are stored and immediately available for dashboarding, alarm rules, and analytics. Teams can share dashboards with customers or embed them in their own applications. The platform is also suited for energy monitoring via site surveys and can support larger deployments through custom arrangements.
