District 27 is a family activity planning service based in South Africa. Its primary function is to generate a single weekend plan for a family based on their specific needs. Users provide their location, preferred date and time, and the ages of their children. The service then selects one activity intended to be suitable for the entire group. The service currently operates in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, and Pretoria. It addresses the common challenge of finding an activity that is appropriate for children of different ages within a family. The website also includes a blog and a dates to save section for additional planning resources. The planning tool on the District 27 website requires JavaScript to function. The service focuses on providing a single, cohesive recommendation rather than a list of options.
