Federal Contracting Intelligence
FederalPipeline is a federal contract intelligence platform designed for capture teams and suppliers. The platform connects contract opportunities, budgets, buyers, and awards into a single interface. It aggregates data from multiple government sources, including SAM.gov, FPDS, USAspending, DoD budget justification books, Congress.gov, DLA DIBBS, and Navy NECO, with daily updates. It provides visibility into upcoming work, eligibility requirements, and the competitive landscape. Capabilities include analyzing solicitations to extract details such as the items being procured, clearance levels, set-asides, certifications, incumbent information, contract ceilings, and deadlines. Users can search across SAM.gov solicitations, agency forecasts, grants, and innovation programs. Budget tracking features follow defense budget lines to the program offices and contracting offices that manage them. Market analysis tools allow users to examine spending and growth by NAICS code, including set-aside and competition mix. Profiles are available for competitors, detailing their customers, contract vehicles, and subcontractors. The platform uses a company matching system. Users sign up with a work email and receive a magic link for authentication. The platform identifies the user's company based on the email domain and builds a capability profile by reading the company's SAM registration, past awards, and website. Opportunities are scored for fit against this profile. Users receive email alerts when new matching opportunities are identified.
