Freedispo is a platform designed for freelancers to collaborate on finding work opportunities by sharing availability, leads, and interview feedback. The service operates without recruiters or job advertisements, relying solely on peer to peer exchanges among freelancers across various professions, including developers, trainers, product owners, project managers, and consultants. Users can indicate their current status as available, soon available, or on a mission, making this information visible to the entire community. The platform is free for freelancers and requires only an email address to sign in via a link or code, with no password needed. The core workflow involves three main actions. First, users display their status with a single tap, which is then shown to all members. Second, they can share leads they cannot take, ask questions about daily rates or agencies, and post feedback on platforms or companies. Third, other members respond with recommendations, answers, and passed leads. The feed displays the user’s status bubble at the top, followed by community posts containing leads, questions, and experience reports. A directory lists freelancers who are currently or soon available, filterable by skill, city, and remote work preference. Publishing a post takes about 30 seconds: the user selects the type, writes a message, and adds a skill. Technical and privacy details include optional profile fields such as first name, profession, status, work mode (remote or not), and at least three skills. Fields like city, daily rate, and LinkedIn profile are optional. Users control the visibility of their daily rate, email, and city, and their profile is only public if they choose to activate it. The app prompts users to confirm their status if it has not been updated in a month. The community currently lists skills such as developer, agile, and Azure with counts of available freelancers. The platform is accessible at freedispo.com and includes legal notices.
