Smart scheduling that adapts to
Increment is an auto-scheduling calendar and time blocking application that organizes a user's week around fixed events. The app accepts a to-do list and automatically schedules tasks and goals into the available time between commitments that cannot be moved. When a change occurs, such as an event being rescheduled, the app reshuffles all flexible items accordingly. Users can also pin specific tasks to keep them in place. The app categorizes entries into three types: events, tasks, and goals. Events are fixed meetings and appointments that are never moved. Tasks are to-dos that Increment schedules based on deadlines, urgency, and working patterns. Goals represent how the user wants to spend spare time, such as running three times a week, with progress tracked through streaks and analytics. Long tasks are split across multiple blocks. Users can organize work into projects, each with its own workspace and color coding, and the app suggests projects based on previous entries. Recurring tasks and dependencies between tasks are supported. Increment operates locally first, meaning calendar data remains on the user's device and is not sent elsewhere. If syncing across multiple devices is used, the calendar data is stored securely solely for transfer purposes. The app does not access or sell user data. It runs entirely in a browser with no installation required. Synchronization is possible with iCloud, Google, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and university calendars via a calendar link or by importing an .ics file. Increment offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. After the trial or if payment stops, the calendar becomes read-only but no data is deleted. Pricing is 48 British pounds per year or 120 pounds for a one-time purchase.
