Pro technicians can use GPS check-in and out, and the application supports capturing photos, customer signatures, and a running timer on site. Alerts for overdue, due-soon, and unpaid-invoice items are delivered through the app, browser notifications, and configurable email or SMS hooks. The dashboard presents an overview of open, in progress, overdue, and completed jobs, along with revenue data on the Pro plan and a crew workload view.
